Individual Peach Cobblers

peaches, halved and pitted
2 cups almond flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup melted butter
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line an 8x8 Pyrex with foil. Add the vanilla to the melted butter and stir to combine. Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir until everything comes together and gets crumbly.

almond flour mixture and press it down so it stays on the peach. Cover the pan
with foil and place in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes covered and then remove the foil and bake for an additional
15 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes so you don't melt the roof of your mouth, then enjoy.
